Legal notice

Hello,

I am the owner of AngiesNecessity.myshopify.com. I am writing about the legal entity information on my account.

The legal entity name currently on file shows my maiden name. That is not my legal name, and I did not enter it. I have no identification in that name, so I cannot verify it.

I need the legal entity name corrected to my current legal name: [your full legal name].

This issue has also left my Shopify Balance card locked and I cannot use it. Please unlock the card once the name is corrected, and let me know what identification you need from me.
