PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). Our products are made to order and ship directly from our trusted suppliers, which lets us offer the latest styles without the high markup.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Standard shipping (US): 7 to 15 business days — $4.95
Express shipping (US): 3 to 5 business days — $12.95
Free standard shipping on US orders over $50.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package door to door.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International delivery usually takes 10 to 25 business days. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS
Sometimes delays happen — bad weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the delivery address or redirect the package.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
